SHOP POLICIES


RETURNS

We always want to ensure that our customers are fully excited about our products and confident in their purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with you product for any reason, we will honor returns within 10 days of delivery, and refund your payment less a 10% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to our studio and they must be received in unused, brand new condition, including the original tags and packaging - Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to verify restocking quality, we will refund your payment less original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee - to your original payment method.

Please note that we must receive the package back in our studio within 10 days of original delivery.

Please carefully repackage and ship all Returns to:

Please send an email to info@redhousevt.com to inform us of the Return.

Please include a copy of your original order email in the package - or please include your name, address, email address and order number in the package.

Please understand that if the item is returned used, damaged and beyond restocking quality - or if the item is returned beyond the return policy interval - a refund will not be honored and the item will be returned at the customer's expense.  

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your Red House product for another item, please return the original purchase to our studio within 10 days of delivery.

Just as with Returns, the customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to our studio and they must be received in unused, brand new condition, including the original tags and packaging - Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to verify restocking quality, we will honor an exchange at the full original price

Please note that we must receive the package back in our studio within 10 days of original delivery.

Please send an email to info@redhousevt.com to inform us of the Exchange - and please indicate the item you would like to exchange for.

Please include a copy of your original order email in the package - or please include your name, address, email address and order number in the package.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

For International Customers - please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes on Exchanges.

We will send an invoice if there is a difference in cost between the two items, or issue a refund if needed.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time an exchanged item is sent to our studio for processing the exchange and shipping the new item.

Please understand that if the item is returned used, damaged and beyond restocking quality - or if the item is returned beyond the exchange policy interval - an exchange will not be honored and the item will be returned at the customer's expense.  

TAXES

Please note that all residents of the great state of Vermont will automatically be charged a 7% Sales Tax.

Please note that all Canadian and International Customers are responsible for all import/customs/tax fees that are required by your home country's regulations, which are due upon receipt of your order.

PROMO CODES

All Promo Codes can only be applied to full price items. If products are automatically discounted as part of a site-wide promotion, Promo Codes will not be valid for use.

Only one Promo Code can be used at a time - i.e. Promo Codes cannot be “stacked”.
