SHIPPING POLICIES

SHIPPING

All Red House products are 100% made by hand in our Weybridge, VT studio, and will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is placed.

Customers will receive a shipping notification via the email provided at checkout, including shipment tracking information.

All Red House products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that Red House is not liable for lost or stolen packages, and we will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges if the packages are returned to our studio due to customer absence, customer errors in addresses or package refusal.

We will not be held responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout - but please note that we are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before shipping.  Please email us at info@redhousevt.com to provide corrected shipping details if necessary.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $12.00 for orders including up to Four Items, and $18.00 for all orders including Five Items and above, which will be added to all orders at checkout.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS First-Class International Service and include a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $28.00 for the First Item, and $8.00 for each Additional Item, which will be added to all orders at checkout.

Orders to Canada are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.  Any funds of this this nature are due upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.

Red House is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges required by your home country's regulations.

Please note that if a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier to resolve any issues, and provide additional funds as required by your home country's regulations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International and include a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $54.00 for the First Item, and $10.00 for each Additional Item, which will be added to all orders at checkout.

International Orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.  Any funds of this this nature are due upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.
